This depends on the size and type of project we are providing, but generally installations take 2-3 days, and refinishing takes 4-6 days.
This will depend on the project and the access you have to your home . For example a walkout basement still gives you access to your home if we are working on your entire main level. Home owners will often schedule larger projects around vacations or times they will be away from home.
For sanding and refinishing projects, all furniture that is on the floor in the areas we will be working in will need to be removed. We also suggest moving anything that has the possibility of falling off the walls. We can assist with moving some larger furniture like couches, tables, etc. We do not move pianos, although we have a preferred Piano mover we work with!

Absolutely! We have everything required to run business in Nebraska and Iowa. In these states, flooring contractors are not required to have licenses, so to set us apart we became members of the National Wood Floor Association, which holds us accountable for the work we perform!
